Job Description

BandT consult is a newly established organisation who needs the expertise of young Nigerians who can function effectively as customer relation officer.

Job Duties:
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services, open customer accounts by recording account information, maintains customer record by updating account information, maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments, contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:
Customer service, product, knowledge, quality focus, problem solving, documentation skills, listening, phone skills, computer skills and multitasking.
