Job Duties:
- you will answer incoming telephone calls
- you will grant access to building by appropriate implementation of visitor policy
- you will check regularly the work of the security/receptionist and coordinate or provide assistance if necessary
- you will maintain safe and decent environment while contacting appropriate personnel to ensure neatness as needed
- you will also update and maintain staff information regularly on a phone extension spreadsheet
- you will be the one to receive and distribute daily/weekly newspapers and magazines and ensure payment
- you will coordinate the use of conference rooms and ensure the upkeep
Job Requirement:
. Minimum of BSc/HND is any relevant discipline
. minimum of 1 year experience
. you need a knowledge of Windows XP, Microsoft word Excel etc
