Job Objectives
- Develop a portfolio of voice and data product for the Nigerian market
- Research, design and introduce new products that provide significant advantages over competitor products
- Develop an ecosystem of external developers and value added service providers that improve the customer experience and add depth and originality to the company services
- Develop and implement customer loyalty program that minimises churn and maximises customer loyalty
- Put in place a product development process that integrates the efforts of marketing, sales, customer care, advertising, information systems and network groups to ensure smooth, consistent and successful delivery of new products
- Recruit develop and provide leadership to a team of product managers
The ideal candidate will have
- Experience developing and launching new telecommunications products
- Experience leading a team of developers, engineers or product specialists
