Requirements
Must have a B.Sc, M.Sc or Ph.D degree in computer science, EE, MIS or equivalent
Candidates must have at least five years experience in ICT Center Operation and management including
Customer service, financial procedure, training management, human resources management, quality assurance and excellent knowledge of telecommunications networks
Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication, including clear and logical expression of ideas
Ability to plan, control and manage complex projects and assignments
Must be proficient with multiple versions of Microsoft Office, Microsoft windows and advanced knowledge of computational analysis, data structure and systems concepts
